Transparant license costs
The cost of the ProActive Compliance Tool depends on the number of certification schemes, compliance, assurance and/or assessment guidelines purchased. The PCT offers standard access to 2 full users and 100 light users, in addition, the PCT offers several additional modules, such as the GDPR module.
The cost of the PCT license depends on the following factors:
- License type
- The number of full users
- Which standard(s) are to be activated within the framework of the PCT?
- Are additional modules being used?
We would like to give you a better understanding of the costs and have therefore worked out a calculation example, assuming a company in ICT services that would like to start working with 2 full users, the ISO 27001 standard and the GDPR module in the PCT.
The ICT service provider has 2 full users and 20 light users who will be actively working with PCT. The ICT service provider has opted for ISO 27001 in the PCT, for which they will pay €220.50 per month. They would also like to include GDPR in the PCT, which can be activated as an additional module.
