Processing of personal data of prospects and/or interested parties

Personal data of prospective and/or interested parties are processed by ProActive Compliance Tool for the following purpose(s):

Providing information in the form of targeted contacts.

Request for information via the contact form on the website;
Request for a demo via the contact form on the website.

For the above purpose(s) ProActive Compliance Tool will ask the following personal data from you:

During the period that one is seen as a prospect and/or interested party. Immediately after completion of the inquiry, the personal data will be destroyed.

Personal data of employees are processed by ProActive Compliance Tool for the following purpose(s):

Execute the employment contract.

Executing an agreement concluded between the parties;

Processing of personal data of applicants

Personal data of applicants is processed by ProActive Compliance Tool for the following purpose(s):

Assessing whether the parties wish to enter into an employment contract.

Basis for this personal data is:

A legitimate interest;

For the above purpose(s), ProActive Compliance Tool may process the following personal data from you:

First name;
Insertion;
Last name;
Address details:
Phone number;
E-mail address;
Date of Birth;
Salary details;
Copy of ID;
Social Security Number;

Your personal data will be stored by ProActive Compliance Tool for the above mentioned processing(s) for the period:

During the duration of the application process and for a maximum period of 2 months thereafter (unless other arrangements are made).

Provision to third parties

We may provide the information you give us to third parties if this is necessary to carry out the purposes described above.

For example, we use a third party for:

Taking care of the internet environment;
Taking care of the (financial) administration;
Taking care of marketing activities;
Developing the ProActive Compliance Tool (PCT).

We never pass on personal data to other parties with whom we have not concluded a processing agreement. With these parties (processors) we will of course make the necessary agreements to ensure the security of your personal data. Furthermore, we will not provide the data you provided to other parties, unless this is legally required and permitted. An example of this is the police requesting (personal) data from us as part of an investigation. In such a case we must cooperate and are therefore obliged to hand over these data. We may also share personal data with third parties if you give us written permission to do so.

We also collect data for research purposes in order to gain a better understanding of our customers so that we can tailor our services to them. We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from you against unlawful processing, for example, we have taken the following measures;

All persons who can take cognizance of your data on behalf of ProActive Compliance Tool are bound to secrecy.
We maintain a username and password policy on all our systems;
The use of https on the ProActive Compliance Tool (PCT) application.
We make backups of personal data to be able to restore them in case of physical or technical incidents;
We regularly test and evaluate our measures;
Our employees are informed about the importance of protecting personal data.

Rights in relation to your data

You have the right to access and rectify personal data that we have received from you. In some cases you also have the right to remove your personal data (always after weighing interests and within the framework of the law).

You can also object to the processing of your personal data (or part thereof) by us or one of our processors. You also have the right to have the data you have provided us with transferred to you or on your behalf directly to another party. We may ask you to identify yourself before we can comply with the aforementioned requests.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, please contact us immediately. If we are unable to resolve the matter with you, we would naturally find this very annoying.
